Hi, there! I’m Cindy, a multi-disciplinary product and UX strategist, researcher, and designer.
I have worked with clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies, across a wide range of industries — healthcare, finance, tech, and education, to name a few.
I am a resourceful and empathetic leader with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, create effective presentations, and recommend strategies that impact organizational goals.
As a graduate of Columbia Business School (MBA) and former business development specialist and investment banker, I bring business acumen to every engagement.
I am passionate about social impact, particularly access to education and affordable housing. Fun fact: In 2014, I biked across the US, fundraising for Bike & Build.
